Sdre Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Sdre is a mobile texture collage studio that lets you capture or import everyday surfaces (including wood grain, fabric weave, stone, metal, or paper), arrange them on an immersive canvas with intuitive editing tools, and create unique textured collage pieces. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our mobile application, and outlines our practices for collecting, using, storing, and sharing your information.

We prioritize your privacy and creative freedom: your creative works belong to you first, and we only collect information necessary to deliver and improve the Sdre experience you expect.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two main types of information from Sdre users: information you choose to share with us, and anonymous technical information that helps us improve the app.

2.1 User-Generated Creative Content

By default, all content you create in Sdre (including captured/imported textures, editing drafts, and finished collage works) is stored locally on your mobile device. We do not access, collect, or store this content on our servers unless you explicitly choose one of the following:

• You enable optional cloud backup for your works, to sync across your devices or recover content if you change devices
• You voluntarily submit your work to our public community gallery (if available)
• You contact us for support, and share your content with us to resolve technical issues

2.2 Automatic Technical Information

We collect anonymous non-personal technical data when you use Sdre, including: device model, operating system version, app version, anonymous interaction data with core tools (drag, scale, rotate, layering, texture management), crash logs, and general performance metrics. This data cannot be linked to you personally, and is used only to improve the app experience.

2.3 Third-Party Information

If you choose to sign in with a third-party service (like Apple or Google) to use cloud backup, we only receive the basic profile information you authorize (your email address and user ID) to connect your account. We never receive access to your other data from third-party services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We only use your information for purposes directly related to delivering and improving the Sdre creative experience:

• To maintain and improve core app features: texture management, immersive canvas editing, warm cinematic lighting processing, gallery viewing, and sharing tools
• To optimize the performance of drag, scale, rotate, and layering tools across different device sizes, and improve spatial depth rendering
• To fix technical bugs, resolve app crashes, and improve overall app stability
• To sync your creative content across devices if you enable cloud backup
• To moderate community content if you choose to share your works in our public gallery
• To understand user preferences and develop new features that help creators make better textured collages, no professional design skills required
• To prevent unauthorized use or abuse of the Sdre service

4. Sharing Your Information

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information or creative content with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes without your explicit consent. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With trusted third-party service providers who help us run Sdre (such as cloud hosting providers, crash analysis tools, and authentication services), who are bound by privacy obligations to protect your information
• When you explicitly choose to share your collage works to third-party platforms (social media, messaging apps, etc), this policy does not govern how those third parties handle your shared content
• If required to comply with binding legal requirements, to protect our rights, the safety of our users, or the public
• In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), with appropriate measures to maintain the confidentiality of your information

5. Your Rights & Controls

You retain full control over your creative content and personal information at all times:

• You can delete any of your textures or collage works from your device or cloud backup at any time
• You can export all of your creative content from Sdre at any time in standard image formats
• You can turn off automatic technical data collection in your app settings at any time
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. If you use cloud backup, your content is encrypted in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Sdre is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or app features. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify users of material changes through an in-app notification. Your continued use of Sdre after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
